    摘要:

    河南新蔡县焦庄铁矿区ZK001钻孔在厚大覆盖层施工中因粘滞卡钻事故,导致钻孔报废。重新开孔后,吸取前期事故教训,更换适合地层的设备,采用优质泥浆,改进施工工艺,采取有效措施,于孔深1115.72 m时,达到地质目的而终孔,各项技术指标优秀。从钻孔结构、钻进方法、冲洗液性能等方面进行了分析,简述了施工中出现的问题及应对措施。

    Abstract:

    A drill sticking accident caused ZK001 borehole abandonment in Jiaozhuang iron ore area of Henan, the construction technology was improved by using proper equipment and high-quality mud, the final hole with depth of 1115.72m was reached with good technical indexes. Analysis is made on the borehole structure, drilling methods and properties of flushing fluid; the problems appeared in the construction and the countermeasures are briefly discussed.
