    摘要:

    振动冲击工具作为钻井提速的有效手段之一,正在得到行业内的广泛认同和重视。本文通过详细列举轴向振动冲击器、扭转冲击器和复合冲击器等工具的最新研究进展,明确了振动冲击工具通过合理利用钻井液水力能量并将其转化为冲击破岩能量,可以有效地提高破岩效率、改善钻头破岩环境、降低破岩阻力。并就现场应用情况来看,能够明显地提高钻井过程中的机械钻速,缩短钻井周期。

    Abstract:

    As one of the direct and effective means of increasing ROP and efficiency, the vibration impactor is widely recognized and valued in the oil-gas drilling area. This article describes in detail the latest research progress on several kinds of vibration impactors such as the axial impactor, the torsional impactor and the compound impactor, and illustrates that the vibration impactor can effectively enhance the energy of breaking rock, improve the bit condition of breaking rock, and reduce the resistance of breaking rock through reasonable use and conversion of mud hydraulic energy. Field application has shown that the vibration impactor can improve the rate of penetration, and shorten the drilling period.
