    摘要:

    扭力冲击器可以将钻井液的动能转化成下部钻具的高频周向动能,从而消除粘滑振动,保护PDC钻头,提高施工效率。在广西百色及贵州毕节2口地热钻井施工过程中,受软硬夹层的影响,粘滑振动效应强烈,导致PDC钻头的复合片迅速崩碎,钻头提前报废。使用扭力冲击器-螺杆钻具复合钻进工艺,通过合理设计钻具组合和钻进参数,与单纯的螺杆钻进工艺相比,因粘滑振动得到有效控制,钻头复合片崩齿现象显著减少,使用寿命增加,平均机械钻速提高了1倍以上,整体提高了施工效率和经济效益,为软硬夹层等易发生粘滑效应的地层施工提供了新的解决方案。

    Abstract:

    The torque impactor can convert the kinetic energy of drilling fluid into high-frequency circumferential kinetic energy of the lower drilling tool, thereby eliminating stick-slip vibration, protecting PDC drill bits, and improving construction efficiency. During the construction of two geothermal wells in Baise, Guangxi and Bijie, Guizhou, due to the influence of soft and hard interlayers, the stick-slip vibration effect was strong, causing the composite pieces of PDC drill bits to quickly collapse and the drill bits to be scrapped in advance. A composite drilling process of torque impactor + screw drilling tool is used. By reasonably designing the drilling tool combination and drilling parameters, compared with the simple screw drilling process, due to the effective control of stick-slip vibration, the phenomenon of tooth collapse of the drill bit composite piece is significantly reduced, the service life is increased, and the average mechanical drilling speed is increased by more than twice, Overall construction efficiency and economic benefits has been improved. It provides a new solution for the construction of formations prone to stick-slip effects such as soft and hard interlayers.
