    摘要:

    孔底动力回转空气潜孔锤钻进技术在改善气体钻进条件下钻杆柱受力情况、提高定向钻进施工效率等方面具有广阔的应用前景。孔底动力回转空气潜孔锤可分为自回转式空气潜孔锤及气动螺杆驱动式空气潜孔锤两类,本文分别介绍了其发展现状、工作原理、技术特点、试验应用等情况,并分析了当前研究存在的不足,以期为进一步开展技术攻关提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The downhole power rotary pneumatic DTH hammer drilling technology has broad application prospects in improving the force situation of the drill pipe string under the condition of gas drilling and improving the efficiency of directional drilling. Two types of downhole power rotary pneumatic DTH hammers exist namely the pneumatic DTH hammer with self-rotation bit and the pneumatic DTH hammer driven by screw motor. This paper introduces their development status, working principles, technical characteristics, experimental applications, and analyzes the shortcomings of current research in hope to provide reference for further technical research.
