    摘要:

    冲洗液技术是钻探领域关键技术之一,被誉为钻探的“血液”。随着信息技术的飞速发展,建立专业技术数据库成为提高冲洗液技术水平的新途径。全面系统总结地质钻探冲洗液技术研究成果、数据和应用案例,开发了国内首个地质钻探冲洗液数据库,为钻探技术人员提供针对复杂地层的冲洗液技术支撑。该数据库包括10个一级模块和39个二级模块,可实现冲洗液设计、辅助计算、技术资料查阅等功能,发布了冲洗液新材料、新体系、新工艺以及冲洗液的选型和设计等大量成果资料。该数据库已于2022年10月在中国地质调查局“地质云”平台面向互联网用户提供服务。

    Abstract:

    Known as the “blood” of drilling, the flushing fluid technology is one of the key technologies in the field of drilling. With the rapid development of information technology, the establishment of professional technical database has become a new way to improve the technical level of flushing fluid. In this paper, the geological drilling flushing technology researches, data and application cases are summarized comprehensively and systematicly, the first database for geological drilling flushing fluid in China has been developed to provide technical support for drilling workers in view of the complex formation. The database includes 10 first-level modules and 39 second-level modules, which can realize the functions of flushing fluid design, auxiliary calculation, technical data consulting, etc. A large number of results such as new materials, new systems, new processes, as well as the selection and design of flushing fluid have been released. The database has been made available to Internet users on the China Geological Survey’s “Geological Cloud” platform in October 2022.
