    摘要:

    煤矿企业地面倾倒的大量煤矸石,不但占用土地资源,污染周边环境,增加企业成本,甚至还有可能发生爆炸的问题,需要尽快解决。通过从地面煤矸石仓附近打一口到达井下巷道的超大口径钻孔,采用预先施工小孔径先导孔,一开五级扩孔,二开四级扩孔,配合使用泥浆正循环、牙轮钻头气举反循环等工艺进行钻进,钻成一口煤矿超大口径投料孔,将生产的煤矸石固体废弃物输送至井下采空区,不仅可以解决地面倾倒煤矸石对环境的污染,同时可以有效控制地表移动变形,实现煤矿的绿色可持续发展。通过对滕北矿区北徐楼煤矿超大口径投料孔的施工实践,探索出对于超大口径投料孔钻孔的施工技术,其成熟的施工方案对于超大口径钻孔工程具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    A large amount of coal gangue dumped on the ground of coal mining enterprises not only occupies land resources, pollutes the surrounding environment, increases the cost of enterprises, and even has the possibility of explosion, which needs to be solved as soon as possible. By drilling a super-large bore hole from near the ground coal gangue bin to the underground roadway, using the pre-construction of small bore pilot holes, opening five-stage reaming in one place and four-stage reaming in the second place, and drilling with the positive circulation of mud and the reverse circulation of gas lift by the cone bit, the coal gangue solid waste is drilled into a coal mine with a super-large diameter feeding hole to transport the solid waste to the underground goaf. It can not only solve the environmental pollution caused by the dumping of coal gangue on the ground, but also effectively control the movement and deformation of the surface, and realize the green and sustainable development of coal mines. Through the construction practice of large diameter feeding hole in Beixulou Coal mine of Tenbei Mining area, the construction technology of drilling for large diameter feeding hole is explored, and its mature construction scheme has certain guiding significance for the large diameter drilling project.
