    摘要:

    在天然气水合物开采过程中,由于天然气水合物的分解,会引起井周地层物理力学性质和压力的变化,从而产生扩径、井场地基失稳(钻井平台失稳)、注水泥工作质量低下(套管失稳)、套管柱挤压、钻杆和套管卡夹、天然气泄漏等一系列复杂情况,会严重影响固完井质量、生产和环境。因此,高效、先进的完井固井质量,特别是套管技术状态的检测技术是开采天然气水合物的关键技术之一。俄罗斯井中地球物理研究所研制的小口径电磁探伤仪ЭМДС-ТМ-42TC可以准确地检测出套管柱的技术状态,已经在许多国家使用,取得了较好的应用效果。介绍了在套管柱损伤情况研究方面的进展以及ЭМДС-ТМ-42TC小口径电磁探伤仪的技术特性和应用情况。

    Abstract:

    For recent years gas hydrate has discovered in northern part of Southern ocean and in frozen zone of southern fringe of Qilian mountain ,in Qinghai province, Tianjun county in China. This new energy source will play an important role for adjusting energy resources structures and relaxing the energy resources tension of China. In September and October 2011 the scientists of IET CDA twice made experimental exploitation in the frozen zone. Experimental exploitation lasted 11 hours, total volume of obtained gas was more than 85 cubic meters. The obtained gas was methane. That means, that China has discovered gas hydrate in the ocean and land. However the security of exploitation of the gas hydrate is a serious problem in the world. The casing tube column state is an important part of the problem. The Institute of Well Geophysical Research, Russia Federation, has developed a small diameter electro magnetic detector ЭМДС-ТМ-42TC, with help of which the technical state of casing tube column can be controlled and measured. The detector has been used in many countries of the world and excellent results obtained.
