    摘要:

    针对坚硬致密“打滑”地层研制了一种新型自锐金刚石钻头。室内微钻试验及现场钻进试验均表明:在钻进极坚硬致密“打滑”地层时,相对于普通金刚石钻头,新型自锐金刚石钻头可提高钻头机械钻速1~3倍,且钻头寿命相对较高,为攻克“打滑”地层提供了一种有效的碎岩钻进工具。

    Abstract:

    According to the difficulties in hard-compact-slipping formation drilling, a new type self-sharpening diamond bit is introduced about its design and the effects of indoor and outdoor tests. The indoor micro-drilling experiments and the field drilling tests show that comparing with ordinary diamond bit, this new self-sharpening one can improve ROP 1-3 times with relatively high bit service life and it is an effective rock breaking tool for hard-compact-slipping formation drilling.
