Summary and analysis are made on the design and construction of water well in China with existing problems. Some questions such as completion technique and well pipe corrosion are deeply discussed. In accordance with the practice in China, concrete suggestions are put forward on project design, well pipe selection, anti corrosion, normalization of engineering management and so on.
