This paper analyses the characters of permanent frozen soil and natural gas hydrate in deep sea, illustrates the key technique problems of drilling such as drilling methods, equipments, blowout control, well cementation, etc. and the countermeasures to solve these problems. There is some guiding significance for the relating technique.
