The monitoring on landslide in K2794 of ER-Kang road of No.318 national highway lasted for two and a half year, and experienced 3 stages——before, during and after the construction, provided the auxiliary data for the design and construction of landslide treatment. This paper describes the monitoring design, monitoring methods, selection of monitoring instruments and monitoring layout, experience was accumulated for other similar landslide monitoring.
