Intelligent sensor, data acquiring system, large capacity storage chips were equipped in CE-1 memory-type magnetic borehole inclinometer and QXY-5 memory-type borehole inclinometer with high accuracy of test data and good stability. The development and application of these two apparatus are introduced in this paper.
