This paper briefly introduces vocational qualification certificate system, the function of vocational qualification certificate and relevant generalization in China; as well as the writing process of “National Vocational Standard——Drilling Worker”. It is expected to popularize vocational qualification certificate system in the staff of geological survey industry with the skill level enhanced.
