    Abstract:

    By the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experiment study, a serial parameters affected reverse circulation of pneumatic hollow down-the-hole drilling were optimized, and the relative parameters and regression equations were achieved, and software of parameters optimization on drilling bit was made with Visual Basic language. According to the research conclusion, construction test was made with more than 98% coring rate. The parameter optimization system provides the reference gist for the hard rock drilling technology.
