    Abstract:

There are cracks in new built residential buildings due to the uneven settlement of the foundation. Based on the geological conditions and construction site investigation, pressure grouting was selected to protect the buildings. To solve the construction difficulties in narrow site, the technology of grouting through a perforated tube shot into ground by an air hammer was selected, which also avoided the destruction to environment around existing buildings and the foundation by static pressure pile and jet grouting pile construction.
