Abstract:Achievements in the construction market made by geoexploration units using drilling and excavation technique superiority are reviewed, and the existing problems of technical development are pointed out with the analysis on the prospects of rock and soil drilling and excavation market. Technical system of rock and soil drilling excavation engineering is programmed strategically and practical methods are proposed.

Abstract:On the basis of feasibility test on weak and cracked area in deformed rock mass, direct reinforcement is made by jetgrouting to improve both cohesion and inner frictional angle of the rock mass. It is proved that rock deformation is hold back, and the landslide is avoided.

Abstract:Based on the relevant theory and formula, by summarizing the pile test results and geologic information and data, the calculating formula of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile under given conditions is deduced. Through comparison it is proved that the formula tallies with the testing results.

Abstract:By giving some construction cases of pilebottom post pressuregrouting conducted in recent years in China, introduction is made on the development of post pressuregrouting pile. Conditions under the pile and relevant technical references are analyzed, estimating methods of vertical bearing capacity of single pile are concluded. And these can be taken as basis for the preliminary design of a pile distribution plan.

Abstract:The MZ150 anchor rig, a kind of the smallsized complete hydraulic rig, has been designed for the needs of our country's anchor construction market. The industrial test, including three kinds of drilling technological methods, continuous flight auger boring, ramming and displacing drilling, pneumatic percussive rotary drilling, proved that it's all technical parameters have been strictly examined, the rigs designing quality requirements had been fulfilled and it can suit the needs of our country's anchor construction.

Abstract:The diameter of the diversion tunnel of Xiaolangdi project is 14.5 m. Drilling problem is solved by using drilling and grouting carrier with concentric gear as well as steering track system. So there's a successful model for large diameter drilling and grouting construction.

Abstract:A new type of drilling method, breaking rocks by heat energy, is introduced in this paper, including thermodynamic drilling, combined drilling method of ultrahigh frequency thermoelectricmechanical cutting and thermosmelting drilling. The mechanism of rockdestruction, application fields of the method and some application cases and prospects are also discussed.

Abstract:The paper analyses the factors which influence the surveying precision of the common borehole deviation instrument. It suggests a technical method of applying the principle of mathematical statistics should be used to clear up the system error and reduce the random error. Application results demonstrate that borehole trajectory can be accurately controlled using ordinary instrument by introducing the method and the method is reliable.
