Abstract:There is a lot of sludge in pedosphere of Tianjin Area. Because of the geological characteristics of the sludge, it is dangerous to the quantity of piles within it. After analyses on and comparison between the defections of piles and geological data, the effect pattern of sludge on pile quantity was got out. Some suggestions about pile defect prevention in future project were put forward.

Abstract:The alternative of stopping water by curtain wall with two row of underground mixing piles and stopping soil by arch ring was adopted in Zhuhai Seaside Mansion. The points should be put attention on in design and construction of arch ring support structure was introduced. Abstract:Thermo-mechanical rock fragmentation drilling technology (TM ) is a kind of new drilling method, which firstly makes use of the friction energy produced by drill bit and rock to heat the rock, and then uses the cutting unit to complete the rock fragmentation. It improves the drilling efficiency and speed, because the physical properties such as intensity, hardness and wear resistance of most kinds of rock are weakened under high temperature and alternating heat stress conditions. The friction unit of TM bit is made of Sialon, of which the wear resistance is 2.8 times as much as that of YG alloy and the cost is only 1/10 times that of YG alloy. In the article, the author expatiates the structures and working principles of TM drill tool and bit in detail. Drilling experiment shows that the friction unit of TM bit can produce enough heat energy to high temperature(>600 ℃), TM drilling technology is feasible, it can improve drilling efficiency and decrease the cost of drilling.

Abstract:Dasheen glue has good water-solubility. And its water soluble glue has high viscosity and its residue is less while glue broken and is contamination free. Due to the above mentioned features it widely used in hydrogeology drilling. Based on the past research of other people, the combined modification by chemical and physical method was used to improve the water-solubility and wall protection. The residue while glue broken became less.

Abstract:Basing on the abrasion principles of cutting teeth of the PDC bit a series of field experiments were made. The results show that the PDC composite layer thickness has great influence on the service life and drilling rate of a diamond bit. For a specified formation a optimism composite layer thickness may be found. And the composite layer thickness of the cutting teeth is a key factor for the optimism design of the diamond bit.
