Abstract:One target of the Well-1 of Songliao scientific drilling was to gain compound geological section of terrestrial cretaceous with high resolution, which could be comparable on a global scale. The sampling was more accurate up to 10 thousand years instead of million years time resolution in traditional geology. According to the different formations of the main shaft, cemented carbide, PDC and pregnant diamond bits with 12 structures and 2 types of single rotary and double tube core barrels were researched and developed. Disc rotary and PDM + disc rotary technologies were applied to deal with complicated formation of 163041 m in coring drilling, collection rate of 8207% was obtained in undisturbed sand sample and 9492% in coring rate. The paper detailed the difficulties in combination of core barrel structure with drilling string and coring operation, and also introduced the technical measures and the result.

Abstract:According to the geological characteristics of deep formation in Qingshen gas field, research was made on systematic technologies for deep exploration drilling. In recent 2 years, through the tests on systematic technologies for deep drilling with higher ROP, underbalanced drilling, nitrogen filled drilling; air and air filled drilling, important technical breakthrough was made with penetration rate greatly increased, and gas layer was found and protected in time, which has played a key role in the demonstration of reservoir of 10×1012 m3 natural gas in Songbei district.

Abstract:Based on the needs of permeability test of slurry concretion body and grouting concretion body and their block performance test to the pollutants, one kind of permeameter with flexible wall was developed which is air-proofed by all round pressure, and got the patent in China. Permeability coefficient tests were made on S, N and Z three slurry concretion body samples in different seepage pressure and different all-round pressure, the results of permeameter with flexible wall and NAN-55 permeameter were compared, and landfill leachate filtration test was also conducted. These tests proved that the permeameter with flexible wall has little requirement for slurry concretion body samples with good airproof, the error was less than 119×10-7 cm/s and the precision could be conformed to the standard. This article has selected flexible latex film for wall around the sample and made the sample air-proofed by air pressure or water pressure. Adjusting range of seepage pressure was 10-1000 kPa, all-round pressure was 10-1500 kPa. The diameter of sample could be 618 mm or 101 mm, and the length between 20-150 mm, it was convenient to test permeability coefficient of slurry concretion body, grouting concretion body, and block performance of the body to the pollutant in sewage, and helpful to develop anti-seepage slurry.

Abstract:Pile subsidence often occur for cement grouting in secant pile casing, both construction quality and economic effectiveness is affected. Discussion was made on this problem with field cases, which was mainly caused by compression of residual soil and pile-end soil at the bottom end of the pile, and by cement solidification of pile body. According to K1 value of the empirical coefficient, theoretical amount of subsidence could be predicted, which could be taken account by saving the same amount of pile height in design and grouting the same amount more of cement.

Abstract:To accurately blast the local rock in a borehole is a technical knot in rock blasting. The solution of this problem may be helpful to obtain masses of minerals by way of boreholes and promote the efficiency of solution mining and in-situ uranium mining,and make it possible to obtain some difficult-to-mine minerals with significant potential value. A couple of blasting technical issues on rock fragmentation in borehole were discussed and the influencing factors were analyzed in this paper, it was indicated that well fragmentation of rock mass in-situ borehole could be achieved by way of adopting a reasonable loading means with full consideration of deposit conditions of rock.

Abstract:Combining the freezing method construction of side channels of the test section of Nanjing subway, the paper gave the analysis and summary for some technical problems and countermeasures of the freezing method in different construction stages such as construction of freezing pipes, freezing, excavation and so forth, discussion was made on the variation rules of the temperature in the freezing, deformation of the ground surface and stress of frost upheaval, the conclusion can be reference for future freezing method construction and monitoring of side channels in Nanjing subway.
