Abstract:For recent years gas hydrate has discovered in northern part of Southern ocean and in frozen zone of southern fringe of Qilian mountain, in Qinghai province, Tianjun county in China .This new energy source will play an important role for adjusting energy resources structure and relaxing the energy resources tension of China. But, the exploitation of the gas hydrate and its security are serious problem in the World. The Teaching group of geophysics, exploration engineering and oil drilling engineering of South Russian State Technical University has developed a technology and methodology system of safety controlling and measuring. With the system the position of CT perforation part and the blocking up of the part can be determined and what corresponding measures to solve the blocking up should be taken. Therefore the system provides a technical support for safety exploration of gas hydrate.

Abstract:Gas hydrate can exist in certain temperature and pressure conditions as solid form, but because of its special thermal physical and mechanical properties, it is impossible to be developed with "mining" type like other solid mineral resources. Under the present condition, drilling technology is the key for the exploitation of gas hydrate; it is economically feasible and can avoid the environmental problems that might be brought by mining. Based on the situation that gas hydrate was converted to the controlled resource underground before mining, mining mode combining chemical grout injection with depression was proposed.

Abstract:With the era of high oil prices in world oil market, the high cost of oil shale production has become economical. Oil shale has become a very important alternative energy source. Due to many constraints, the cost of conventional mining methods for oil shale are higher. Based on the burial conditions as well as physical and mechanical properties of oil shale, at the same time, analyzed the unconventional mining methods and related tests for oil shale mining at home and abroad, two mining models are proposed, which are in situ mining and bore-hole hydraulic minting technology.

Abstract:Due to the complex stratum and drilling fluid pressure, ground movement often occurs during the process of horizontal directional drilling. A project in Mesa of America is introduced in this paper. The ground movement numerical simulation work is based on FLAC3D under different drilling fluid pressure from 0 MPa to 0.9 MPa. The results show that the max distance of z axis is 26 mm. Combined the DCRP technology and leveling method, the author fond that the max distance of z axis are 28 mm for DCRP and 30 mm for leveling method. These results are very near to the simulation results. During the field measurement, 26 targets were fixed on the ground surface. The max difference between DCRP and leveling is 2.7 mm which shows that the accurate is nearly the same. As a noncontact measurement, the DCRP technology is not limited by the field cases and the staff level as leveling method.

Abstract:There is an essential difference in the working mechanism between hydraulic rock drilling impactor and hydro-hammer; with very high working efficiency and energy conversion ratio, the rock-drilling velocity of hydraulic rock drilling impactor is much higher than pneumatic DTH hammer but not suitable for mud driving. While the flow distribution mode of revolving valve hydraulic impactor is different to the previous flow distribution modes, and perhaps more suitable for mud medium driving.

Abstract:Gas pumping-exhaust well is applied more and more widely in coalmine safety production in recent years, but its construction period is long with difficulty. Take the example of serious collapsing accident, analysis was made on the case stress; based on the analysis, the checking calculation method for tri-axial stress of large diameter case was discussed in detail. By the comparative analysis, the tri-axial stress calculation results are more accurate than the ones by traditional uniaxial stress calculation method.

Abstract:The long spiral rotary jetting and mixing is a new technology, by which the pile is constructed with mechanical mixing soil under high-pressure jetting by the modified long-spiral drill. The rotary speed of the long-spiral drilling is slow, but the lifting speed is quick. The soil can’t be cut fully by the high-pressure cement, which causes the low pile body uniformity, low strength and poor water-stop effect. While the converter is used in the long-spiral drilling, the lifting and falling speed can be adjusted in need of construction for fully mixing, better pile body condition and better water-stop effect. At the same time, the movable block is saved; the appliance becomes more simple and convenient with smaller generator power and drilling current for energy saving.
