Abstract:Formation natural tilt, bottom hole assembly, drilling parameters are the main factors to affect the change trend of inclination orientation of the designed hole track. According to the formation level space grid data, the calculation methods of the formation dip and the dip direction were established; mechanical analysis was made on the relationship between the typical deviation control drilling tool assembly and drilling parameters. The application effects show that the real drilling trajectory is almost the same to the designed one.

Abstract:The leakage is serious in the complex formation of a water source project in Huozhou coal-electricity group of Shanxi. Drilling against circulation loss was adopted at first with high construction cost, but it was still difficult to guarantee the project progress. The drilling difficulties in leakage formation were solved by are-foam drilling with high drilling efficiency and low drilling cost. The paper introduced the technology of air-foam drilling in the water source well construction and analyzed the drilling effect and the drilling cost with comparison.

Abstract:K-Mg salt deposit is widely distributed in Gammon Province of Laos, which belongs to soluble solid K-Mg salt deposit, the ore seams mainly spread in Cenozoic paleogene salt bed and mainly with sylvite and carnallite. By the systematic analysis on the engineering geological characteristics of soluble solid K-Mg salt, a set of drilling construction technology in soluble solid K-Mg salt deposit was probed out. Abstract:The paper briefly introduced the complex features of hard and broken formation of detailed investigation district in Hongshan iron mine as well as the lithology; summed up the experience of wire-line coring drilling technology in the complex broken formation; emphatically analyzed the treatment of broken & leakage, collapsing & falling and hard & slipping formation in aspects of borehole structure, drilling tools & drilling parameter selection and the flush fluid selection & preparation. Abstract:With the sustainable development of deep volcanic rock and conglomerate gas reservoir in Daqing oilfield, there is an urgent request of developing deep gas reservoir with horizontal well technique. The paper described the geological characteristics of deep volcanic rock and conglomerate and the features and difficulties of horizontal well in volcanic rock and conglomerate. Research was made on bit selection, well trajectory optimization, well structure optimization, BHA selection and the under balanced drilling pressure value control with several field test wells completed. The average penetration rate is 2.79m/h in Xushen-P34 well, and a series of horizontal well drilling techniques has been developed for exploration and exploitation of the deep volcanic rock and conglomerate gas reservoir in Daqing oilfield.

Abstract:According to the design requirements and geological characteristics, rotary drilling, mud pump positive cycle, cone bit, pressure by drill collar processes were adopted in the construction of Well WH-1. The formation structure and spatial distribution of aquifer within logging depth were got through geophysical logging. Good plugging effect was obtained by mud density reduction, viscosity enhancing, mud thickening and adding an appropriate amount of blocking agent. The pumping test shows the good water yield ability, good water abundance in geothermal reservoir aquifer and the water temperature is not affected by air temperature. The water temperature loss is small in the well flow test, which proves that the drilling and completion technologies are rational. The paper introduced the Well WH-1 about its drilling and completion technologies as well as pumping test results.

Abstract:Combining the production and scientific research, 8 water wells were constructed with normal circulation drilling method and 11 water wells were constructed with pump suction reverse circulation drilling method in groundwater resource region along the Yellow River in Zhengzhou. By the analysis on the efficiency and economy of these 2 different drilling technologies, the conclusions were got: in groundwater resource region along the Yellow River in Zhengzhou, the best well depth should be smaller and larger than 140.75m respectively with pump suction reverse circulation drilling method and with normal reverse circulation drilling method each. The conclusions can be the reference for water well construction in the similar area.

Abstract:Underground horizontal directional borehole in coal mine has more technological advantages than the conventional bore hole in gas drainage. This paper analyzed the gas control technology of working face in conventional borehole of Dafosi coal mine with the disadvantages being pointed out. Based on the analysis on the drilling technology and borehole arrangement of long directional borehole and the field application, the conclusion is that the directional borehole is good for the centralized regional gas drainage in the working face. The data of the gas drainage proves that the gas drainage efficiency of the directional borehole is better than the conventional borehole.

Abstract:In order to solve the water disasters caused by freezing holes of full-depth bedrock frozen shaft in western China, analysis was made on the form of annular water-transmitting channels in freezing holes and the in-rushing water mechanism with the case of water disasters control project of Hujiahe coal mine. Abstract:CFG pile has many successful engineering cases in ground treatment of high buildings. Composite modulus method is recommended by “Technical Code for Ground Treatment of Buildings” JGJ 79-2002 in deformation calculation with stress ratio method formula of composite earth layer compression modulus.
