Abstract:Forming process and composition of lunar soil were introduced in this paper, and the actual lunar soil physical and mechanical indexes were compared with and simulated CUG-1 lunar soil and normal dry sand, it was suggested that hard clods with certain cementing strength might be encountered in lunar coring drilling. To ensure the successful lunar coring drilling, a special polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) coring bit should be developed. Based on the breaking rock mechanism of PDC bit, the negative rake angle, bypass angle, exposure height, gauge protection of PDC bit and brazing technologies of PDC cutters were designed respectively; and finite element analysis was made on the force of bit and drill stem assembly during drilling process. At last, the dry drilling test was made by special designed PDC bit, it indicated that the bit would be effective when rock drillability was less than or equal to Ⅵ, and it could stratify the requirements for lunar soil drilling.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and working principle of mud refrigeration system and coaxial pipe heat exchanger. By the means of the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, analysis comparative research is made on heat transfer coefficient and heat exchange area of light pipe heat exchanger and thread tube heat exchanger, the results show that the threaded pipe type heat exchanger can increase the heat exchange area when the hydrates drilling sampling conditions are provided, so that the volume and weight of threaded pipe type heat exchanger can reduce 50%~60% comparing with that of light tube heat exchanger. Under the same specification conditions, the heat transfer efficiency of threaded pipe type heat exchanger is about 2~3 times of light tube heat exchanger.

Abstract:As a main method of marine geological survey and resource exploration, drilling sampling techniques occupy a very important position in the field of ocean exploration. Seabed strata is mainly of soft-sediment, the conventional drilling with rotary sampling would easily damage the original status of samples with low sampling rate, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of scientific research. A mud pump pressure driven truth-preserving sediment sampling drilling tool was developed with wire-line coring technology to achieve truth-preserving sampling in submarine sedimentary strata. The test proves that the sediment sampling truth-preserving drilling tool can meet the strict requirements to the samples for marine geological and geotechnical experiments with high success rate, high operating efficiency, samples in situ and good original states.

Abstract:Based on the initial elastic and divisions of work by static and dynamic loads, the hard and intact brittle rock breaking process under static and dynamic loading is divided into 3 stages: elasticity, damage and fracture, which are analyzed by comprehensive use of elastic mechanics, rock mechanics, damage mechanics and fracture mechanics. By the elastic half space stress field and shear failure of the rock unit under the concentrated force, the damage of rock crack source and its curve extension path are found; typeⅠ and type Ⅱ cracks are selected as press shear crack extension modes under dynamic load impact. Method to define the damage degree by impact energy (times) is put forward. The lateral crack propagation and coalescence of adjacent pit is defined as the end of rock breaking. This mechanical model can be applied in the system simulation, numerical simulation and machines design for rock breaking by combined static and dynamic loading.

Abstract:The rock broken mechanism of percussive-rotary drilling was discussed preliminarily by fracture mechanics method. There are a lot of joints and micro-fissures in rock matrix. Shock forces make fissures in rocks nearby bit fracture, break and form crater let, make micro-fissures in rocks a little far from bit expand, joint and even break, and make rocks farther from bit generate new micro-fissures. Rotation enlarges the crater lets formed by shock along circumferential direction, and changes the positions of diamond particles on bit.

Abstract:Y3 fault-block of Shengli oilfield is a typical small complex fault-block oil reservoir. In order to further explore the potential of this kind of reservoir, surrounding water cone horizontal well is used on the basis of recognizing the enrichment pattern of remained oil distribution. This paper analyzes the characteristic of the reservoir of Y3 fault-block, introduces the design and drilling construction of the first surrounding water cone horizontal well-Y3P6 well and illustrates some technical difficulties and countermeasures in this well construction. By the successful operation of this well, it is proved that the surrounding water cone horizontal well is suitable for the potential tapping of remaining oil in old oil region of Shengli oilfield with popularization value.

Abstract:According to the large formation dip, many faults, complex lithology and high nature deflecting rate in Hailar area, high-risk areas and formations of deviation were drawn to confirm easily inclined formation. By optimizing anti-deviation BHA and the corresponding drilling parameters and combining with early warning system and vertical drilling system, a set of anti-deviation and fast technology was formed in easily inclined formation of Hailar, which can significantly improve the drilling speed and shorten drilling time.

Abstract:With some heavy oil blocks of Bohai oilfield having been in the afternoon of development life, encryption adjustment of horizontal well will become more important to increase and stabilize oil production. But this kind well has very big risks of penetration crossing, complex trajectory and high downhole friction. Usually advanced foreign rotary steering tools are used in offshore oilfield for its safety and time efficiency with high cost, which is difficult to popularize. By a series of researches on trajectory control technologies in Bohai oilfield, the complete well drilling by conventional mud motor has been realized. The paper summed up the trajectory control technology for encryption adjustment well with a difficult S-type encryption adjustment horizontal well to provide some experiences for the similar wells.

Abstract:According to the drilling difficulties of surface joint development, loose structure and strong permeability; rich sandy conglomerate and quartz sandstone, good abrasiveness and weak drillability as well as regional difference, the detailed countermeasures were made to control seepage, optimize drilling fluid system and bit system, improve penetration rate and prevent the failure of bottom hole assembly. The block drilling speed is largely improved in the application and implementation, and a set of comprehensive drilling speed increasing technique suitable to Changnan block preliminarily formed.

Abstract:The paper introduced the application of SYZX75 wire-line coring hydro-hammer in Xiaoqinling gold ore deposit of Lingbao City of Henan Province with the application effects. The field trial results show that the unit monthly drilling efficiency, average hour efficiency, round trip length and core recovery rate in cracked formation are improved obviously with lower drilling cost and better protection effect of borehole deviation.

Abstract:By the research on slumped mass changing process and regulation before and after the sudden outbreak, wireless transmission and automatic monitoring technologies are studied. BH-1 multi-parameter automatic monitor for slumped mass is developed for geological disasters forecast. Through the real-time monitoring on the physical properties and displacement morphology variation of the whole slumped mass and by the study on automatic monitoring technology, the whole course real-time monitoring on various physical and displacement morphology parameters of slumped mass are realized, which is important to the prognosis of slumped mass changing regulation.

Abstract:The grouting materials commonly used for drilling in complex formation should have good time controllability and consolidation body strength. Based on the above, a composite grouting material was developed with the orthogonal experimental method. Cement, initiator and promoting agents were added in unsaturated polyester in order to make grout solidify within the limited time. The final formula curing time is 62 minutes and compressive strength is 32.6 MPa. As chemical slurry, it has the characteristics of good-grouting, low viscosity, high intensity, and good plastic performance with the advantage for the lower cost by adding cement to the slurry.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the pit supporting in Suzhou Center project, which is near the subway and severing the confined water, ultra deep underground continuous wall was adopted to brace the foundation pit. Aimed to the engineering key, difficult point and the quality control requirement, the research and analysis were made on the slurry in groove constructing process for the ultra deep underground continuous wall. A whole set of slurry preparation, parameter control and slurry treatment were presented. The practice showed the slurry is very feasible in the underground continuous wall engineering.

Abstract:At a road of Fushun, soil slip was caused by a tunnel construction connecting the east and west open-pit mines and the west end slope striping of the east open-pit mine with cracks and deformation in the road. According to the geological conditions, compaction grouting construction technology was adopted for compaction grouting consolidation. Abstract:There are plenty of geothermal resources widely distributing with broad prospects for development. A new principle of drilling has been introduced in spallation drilling; it can resolve the knotty problems such as slow penetration rate often encountered while drilling in hard rocks. As soon as the technology is put in commercial application, it will have revolutionary consequences for the exploitation of geothermal resources. Based on the analysis on the problems in the traditional drilling technology, the working mechanism of spallation drilling is introduced; the advantages and disadvantages are described. It will provide references to the application of spallation drilling in geothermal development.
