Abstract:The “Tanhai No.1” continental shelf scientific drilling platform is a self-elevating shallow sea geological drilling platform, with a hydraulic lifting system as its core part, which realizes the lifting and lowering of the platform by placing piles, inserting piles, and pulling piles. The system consists of four sets of independent hydraulic lifting devices. When working, each set of hydraulic lifting device is instructed by the operating console, the hydraulic drive system provides power, and the lifting barrel performs the action. The coordination of these three parts ensures the effect of performing the action. In this paper, the performance, structure, working principle, operation and other aspects of the hydraulic lifting system are described in detail. In view of the shortcomings found in practical application, the direction of optimization and improvement is put forward.

Abstract:The seafloor template is one of the important equipment for offshore drilling and sampling. It is used for wellhead positioning, drilling tool guiding and clamp stabilization, and wellhead monitoring. It can also be equipped with other tools for cone penetration test, coring, logging, etc. The seafloor template is a device that integrates machinery, hydraulic system, optical fiber communication, and electrical automation. It consists of mechanical structure, hydraulic system and control system. With the working requirements of the seafloor template in mind, this paper proposes a seafloor template control system including drill pipe clamping, video addressing, image acquisition, wellhead information monitoring, etc. The control system, as the core equipment, includes the power distribution system, the photoelectric measurement and control system, and the underwater hydraulic power station.

Abstract:Combining with the status quo of CSR coring technology both in China and abroad as well as the characteristics of drilling rig production, in order to meet the drilling rig requirements in China for matching air reverse circulation continuous sampling (coring), impact rotary drilling, directional drilling and other efficient processes, an efficient and reliable high-degree mechanization FD-600 type hydraulic power head reverse circulation sampling drill is developed, its overall structure and layout are designed in detail and the reliable purchased components such as hydraulic parts and engine are used, the drill reflects the superiority in 3 field production experiments and it shows that this drill can meet coring drilling for placer gold exploration and engineering construction.

Abstract:The article introduced CSD1800A drilling machine with all hydraulic power head about its application effect in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and analyzed its advantages. By the comparison of application effects of drilling machines both in China and abroad, it is proved that CSD1800A is an economical and practical drilling machine for medium-length hole.

Abstract:Under safety condition, improving drilling rate is the goal and urgent task for the drilling engineers and technicians.According to Daqing Changyuan general drilling rate equation, the analysis was made on main factors affecting drilling rate and effective approach to improving drilling rate, which was helpful for drilling engineering design. Actual drilling data of well Yingshen 1 and Dashen 2 were verified by general drilling rate equation with the fault only 4.3% and 4.8% between the predict and actual drilling rate, good coincidence rate was acquired.

Abstract:The structure and working principle of hydraulic pipe rammers were introduced after expatiated upon hydraulic pipe ramming technique peculiarity. The mathematical model for hydraulic pipe rammers was set up in order to study the internal working principle precisely and optimize the structural parameters. A series of equipment related to this technique and their development process were introduced.
