    Abstract:
    The anti uplift performances of pile are closely related to character of the contact surface. The correct selection of the mechanics parameters of contact surface has an important role in the analysis of the anti uplift theory of pile. According to the point surface contact model of pile soil contact surface and Coulomb's friction deformation principle, the value about the pile soil contact surface friction parameters are presented based on the test analysis of ten groups soil structure (steel, concrete) shear friction and conclude that the results will have important reference value for the correct value of pile soil contact surface mechanics parameters.

    Built with a magnet beacon sub, a magnetic signal acquisition unit, a magnetic sensor probe and a set of professional analysis software, SmartMag target-hitting guidance system interprets the geometry position correlation between the drilling bit and the sensor set in the target borehole and finally guides the drilling reaching or avoiding the target area. The paper introduced industrial test trial on SmartMag targethitting guidance system. Based on the earlier researches, the successful operation results have been achieved during the practical test trial of the system.

    Developed independently by Institute of Exploration Techniques, SmartMag high precision drilling guidance system can substitute the similar imported instrument. After being tested thousands of times on the ground surface, SmartMag was brought to the construction site in Turkey for its first industrial test in 2009. In the 23 intersected wells, the systematic function of SmartMag target hitting performed well with high precision and played an important role in connecting guidance of intersected well. The paper introduced the structural principle and technical parameters, and summed up the application experience and technique of SmartMag system.

    The horizontal well H024U is used to connect the first and the second target-vertical well V024 and V024U. The advanced construction technology of brine mining connection well and the magnetic measurement guiding system with high technology content & independent intellectual property right manufactured by the Institute of Exploration Techniques (achievement of geological investigation project) were adopted in the construction. Based on the construction experience of horizontal wells in Turkey, the drilling parameters were carefully designed and controlled, accurate target hitting was realized with hitting the production casing bottom of V024U to realize the accurate well connection.

    As the applications of drilling mining technology are extended from petroleum and salt well to trona solution and CBM mining industries, the thin or weak ledges can provide only a smaller target area, which makes the target-hitting more and more difficult. Different kinds of ranging technology depend on different size of target cavities so as to realize the connection between the drilling well and target well. In this paper, the analysis is focused on the deviation errors produced by MWD and rotary magnet ranging system, and the appropriate size of the cavity development is proposed.
